About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee software development projects and work closely with internal IT teams. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business goals and technology solutions, ensuring smooth project execution, clear communication, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage IT/software projects from initiation to closure.
- Work closely with software developers, DevOps, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure deliverables are met.
- Manage project timelines, tasks, dependencies, and resources effectively.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track progress using project management tools (JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, etc.).
- Identify project risks and proactively create mitigation strategies.
- Ensure stakeholder requirements are clearly defined, documented, and communicated.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technical implementations and business processes.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and clients on project status and blockers.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in IT project management.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience using project management tools (JIRA, Asana, etc.).
- Ability to translate technical discussions into clear business actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Skills:
- Background in IT or software development is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Development teams or in SaaS-based product companies.
